A different take on the sunburst mirror

I don't know if any of you remember when I went on a toilet paper roll spree, making anything and everything I could out of toilet paper cardboard. Let me tell you, those were the days!

I miss the aggressive way I used to hound my children not to throw away the rolls when they used the last of the paper. And the look in my husband's eyes when he thought that I, like him, am a cardboard hoarder.

Well, I've been thinking about those little rolls lately and wanted to do something with them again.

Then one day, I thought of something. Something that I see a lot in Blogonia- Sun Burst Mirrors!

I see them in almost every blog party and every time I do, I think "that is so cute I wanna try to make one!" Do I get around to it? NO! So I buckled down this week, stopped making excuses and started my very own sunburst mirror.

Well, that's easier said than done lately. Between play dates and tea parties,  and Owen needing to eat every five seconds and Sophie's being...well 2, I am interrupted sooooo much in one day. So I figured if I'm going to do this I'm going to do it the easy way! By recycling an old project!!
